OUR APPROACH

We embed environmental risk management into the planning, design, and operation of all Group activities. From initial project development to daily operations, we prioritise practices that protect and preserve natural ecosystems.

In our industrial divisions, we aim to eliminate or significantly reduce environmental harm, while actively pursuing opportunities to improve local environmental conditions. This is supported by tailored environmental management systems aligned with the nature of our activities and the materials we handle. Many of our facilities are certified under ISO 14001, the globally recognised benchmark for environmental management excellence.

At Viettals, reducing environmental impact extends beyond site-level operations. We invest in cleaner, more efficient transport solutions to reduce emissions and improve logistics. In all new facility developments, climate adaptation is a core design requirement—ensuring infrastructure is built to withstand future environmental challenges.

We advocate for climate policies that reduce emissions responsibly, without compromising access to essential resources or energy security.
